Note

My recollection proves incomplete. In preparing
this material, I falsely remembered which side
was which in printmaking terminology, that is. For
the record, the recto (from rectūs, right) is the
front of a printed sheet, and the back of the sheet
is the verso (to turn, like versūs). It’s far too late to
change now.

On this site (built for the very few people who
will see it), And for today, for the purposes of this
exercise at least,

The codex will invert.
